Malachi Hinton is a US Professional Show Jumping/Equestrian Athlete originally from Newport News, Virginia.
She has had an extensive junior career among the ranks of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Rated/National Circuit. She has also had the opportunity to train with numerous top professionals in the sport including an Olympic Veterans.
Her accomplishments include qualifying as one of the top five riders to represent the USEF Zone 3 (which includes Virginia, Washington, D.C., Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, and West Virginia) at the 2016 Prix Des States Junior Jumper National Championships in Harrisburg, PA placing in the top 20 individually in the Nation.
Malachi now aims to build up her team to compete at the elite National and International (FEI) Grand Prix levels with goals for 2028 Olympic Qualification and top placings among the US and World Ranking Lists.
She established Rhema Sporthorses in 2020 as a sport horse investment and competition team. Rhema means God's spoken word. Malachi strongly believes in pursuing the dreams and passion that God has instilled in her and that her involvement in the sport of show jumping will be impactful.
She is also co-founder of the ShowAssist app which helps to build connections and facilitate positive working relationships between owners/riders and experienced grooms/support staff at rated Hunter/Jumper competitions throughout the U.S. and Canada.
